Life is full of adventure, opportunities and surprises, sometimes our dreams present a challenge. It’s what we do with that challenge that helps us through a difficult phase in our life. My husband recently passed away with Melanoma. We were presented with the diagnosis 14 months earlier prior to his death. After finding out all our options, we decided as a team to fight this together and to remain positive on our outlook in life.
We decided that we would still continue living our dreams, however we needed to adapt them from the original dreams we had and we continued to have a great time, creating more wonderful memories.
The importance of relationships comes forth in difficult times, the support, the love, the caring, the sharing and positiveness,… people being there when required. This is where Clive & Heidi had helped us, with their strength, positiveness & support along with their laughter & humour, walking the walk with us.
As I make a life by myself, I look back at how lucky I am to have so many great memories and to have Heidi & Clive in my life. I am making new dreams, as I realise it’s the dreams that keep us motivated and we only have one life…so live it, don’t let your fears dictate the outcome.
